From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely, genuine, and positive Sandy, who just seems to “do it all”, no matter what! She is a wonderful gem. Balance Orlando has changed my life. I started with Sondra's expert knowledge in Rolfing and I knew immediately I was at the right place. Everything is targeted to exactly what's going on in your body. I now see Candace regularly, and I enjoy every single session. I have increased mobility, I feel stretched, and any pain or knots are finally being worked out of my body. Balance Orlando is definitely a game changer.

Before I started going to Orlando Balance, I was in pain every single day, especially at night.
