Our family has been using Baker’s Drugs for several years now and the level of professionalism and service is unmatched. They are courteous on the phone, in the store and their delivery service is prompt and unproblematic. Services at Baker’s is reliable and we are happy we switched from the big retailers.

Baker’s Drug has been my go-to pharmacy for about 3–4 years, and they’re honestly the best! The staff are super helpful with any issues you might have. There’s always someone available to assist, and they really take the time to help you out. Great service every single time . I can’t recommend them enough!

Bakers drugs is a great alternative means to get your prescriptions, surgical supplies, and other necessities. They offer individual attention and in person interaction. Not like the larger chains that send you to a kiosk to cash out. The staff is very respectful and attentive to detail. I follow Ms. H, who was working at another Bakers. She is an asset to this location as she continually provides superior services. If you get your prescriptions filled here like I do, you will receive a call when it's ready. In closing, they offer the same services and have mostly the same things that drug stores are supposed to have but they exceed them by far with no frustration.

The staff and pharmacists at Bakers are the epitome of what you would want in a neighborhood pharmacy and they know it (in a good way!). They clearly take pride in being small enough to give their known customers personal attention. My family and I have been filling prescriptions there for years now and in that time every person I speak to is courteous, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I always feel as though they know exactly who I am and am treating me like an acquaintance rather than a customer. I highly recommend them and hope that they and other neighborhood pharmacies can always be an option! As the pharmacist proudly but humbly told me today when I lamented the service at a chain pharmacy, "we are always better". Couldn't agree more!
