Baker Family Dentistry

Dr. Baker and the whole staff here are wonderful! The ladies in the office are so helpful, kind and not judgemental at all. ❤️ The dental hygienists let me ask my questions, take my time and always make sure I am comfortable. I recommend anyone whose looking for a good dentist to go to Baker family dentistry in Aiken Sc. One tip, definitely dress warm for your appointment. Bring a jacket or blanket. The office is always kept very cool. 🙂

Visited for the first time today and I’m very pleased. The customer service from everyone was genuine and fantastic. They explained everything they needed to do and what we to expect. We even got a same day a appointment. It’s nice to go to a dentist and feel comfortable with what they are doing. I would highly recommend their dental services to anyone.

Having phoned 5 dentists in Aiken ( all of whom said they'd call back and didn't ) Baker dentistry , not only called back but gave me an immediate appointment for an emergency. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The office is immaculate. Whoever wrote a scathing review must have seen a different Baker Dentistry. They have worked with me financially ( as I have no insurance ). Kudos to all involved in this office. I highly recommend them.

Reasonable practice, same service that I am accustom to. After several cleanings an issue was found, the start of a cavity under a crown. I was given a quote (rather high) and was given the impression that per their experience the insurance would cover 50%. I called my insurance to verify what would be covered. The dentist was charging 2x what the insurance allotted and the insurance would cover 50% of what they allot not 50% of what the dentist charges. That would have left me with 75% of the bill or over $900 that would be my responsibility. I guess it was a good deal for someone, just not me. Found a dentist in network, same great service, better pricing.

I have been a patient here for many years and I always get excellent care. Everyone is so friendly and professional and wants my experience to be as pain free and pleasant as possible. That really shows each time I visit. I couldn’t recommend them more than I do!
