Baker Dental Group

We have been going to BDG since they opened, been there longer than the current dentists. Have always been very happy untill recently, Justin is my current dentist and he always been thorough, polite, and informative until I worked for some of his friends from his church. His attitude towards me changed, I could hear him talking to Jen (who's people skills suck) and he obviously thought I couldn't. With that and a tooth that's been filled 4 times and the filling has came out within a few days all 4 times and at $400. × 4 and no offer of any credit or explanation why it's happening, I'm not the happy guy I used to be.

Amazing professionals work here. I'm always well taken care of. I usually experience absolutely no pain and even would say I find the root canals I've had to have as therapeutic. I would fall asleep while they were gently and methodically working away.

I have received the highest quality of care from Dr. Bingham. He takes his time and makes sure you understand exactly what is being done and why. He is also just as focused on your comfort as he is the procedure. The follow up care from Baker Dental Group is top notch as well.

Drove 5 hours for bridge prep, will return in a month for permanent bridge. Dr. Bingham, Nellie & the front office staff were wonderful!! You will not regret going to this group!

Thank you Baker dental group for reminding me that the only reason you are there is for a paycheck. Every time u call your rude. This last time I called you said I must be calling the wrong place because you have never helped me before, when this is the only place I go. And when I asked for an antibiotic because I have a access you said no and that I would have to wait more than 2 months to see my doctor. Then you said you would call me back after you talk to the dentist, it's been a week and I still have not received a call. Yep I still have an abscess too. Thanks a million for your stellar costumer service.
