Overall best pharmacy in town! Definitely comparable to chain pharmacies. Warm and welcoming staff!! They definitely love and treat everyone like family! I would recommend Bainbridge Pharmacy to anyone looking for a more fit, reliable, affordable, quick and caring pharmacy for you and your family!! Also browse around the gift shop while waiting for your prescriptions is a MUST! You might end up spoiling your self with the Enewton brand they carry! (It’s addictive lol)

I used 2 other pharmacies and they could never get my meds right. Bainbridge pharmacy has gone above and beyond to get it all straightened out. Fast, friendly and good at what they. I’ll never use a different pharmacy.

Sign on the door says great customer service however I did not experience this kind of service. On several occasions I was not even acknowledged by the staff. And when did it become professional to ignore a customer while the staff take pictures right there in front of customers. I waited patiently for I know 5 minutes while watching staff member taking photos? Ignoring me at the counter. Then watched staff assist other customers after me Immediately when they walked up, I pray this was not a color thing but it felt like that! I will not return, I took my business to Grimsley Pharmacy, where I am always acknowledged as soon as I walk in the door.

Prices are expensive there, but for medications this place is amazing. Don't have to wait long at all to get a refill. The staff are so respectful and super sweet. I'm teaching my teenager how to get her own medications and they never rush her and even try to help her remember what information she needs to tell them. They're very supportive on teaching her to be independent (she's 13 btw) and so sweet.

This is a landmark institution within Bainbridge where customers are treated like friends & family more so than just a retail transaction. Aside from the pharmacy, the home health department really goes above & beyond to get you what you need while making sure you get the most from your insurance than just the minimum. Tons of great gifts that you won’t find in chain stores made with great quality at a fair price.
