Bailey's Pharmacy Fort Worth

Steer clear of this particular location! They used to have a great pharmacist and for my understanding she gave notice and they hadn't found a replacement. I had been calling for about a week almost in need of refills and the phone system goes straight to voice mail and then it says the voice mail box is full and you're done! I took time off of work to drive over to find all this out and had to quickly find a different pharmacy and tranfer my rxs! Very unprofessional and rather concerning to say the least! I could only imagine what others have or are going through! The very least they could have done was to notify people!!!

Bailey's is an amazing pharmacy. Sheba, the pharmacist, is very helpful and caring. She does everything she possibly can to make sure you have what you need. She'll help you find the most affordable way to get it if possible. They deliver to clients outside of their area at no additional cost. I live far from their location in Dallas County. I've never had a problem with my deliveries.

We are thrilled to have found Bailey’s Pharmacy on West Vickery and are so glad we transferred our prescriptions from our previous pharmacy. All the personnel are exceptionally kind and helpful. Sheba Washington, the pharmacy manager, is most friendly, totally professional, and sensitive to the needs of her patients. We are beyond satisfied!

I can not praise Bailey’s Pharmacy enough! Sheeba has gone above and beyond our expectations for service. She genuinely cares about her customers and it shows. She even called around Fort Worth to find a prescription she couldn’t get in so that we would not run out. I have been super impressed with her and the pharmacy!
