Bagdad Dental

The costumer service on my first call was pretty poor. There was annoyance with my call, mocking laughter after what I had to say, and lack of flexibility with coming in for a service that would take very little time. They did eventually call back with a more flexible time but I did not feel very respected on my first call.

Went in to get an appointment never dreamed to get one the same day. I actually did get one in less than hour and got to see the dentist. He was very friendly and professional. Checked out my problem, prescribed antibiotics and then we scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks. Dental tech and the office staff definitely rate 5 stars too!

I love our small town dental office here in Bagdad. It is convenient to have a place to take care of your dental needs and not have to travel afar to other dental places. I do wish we had a more set and stable schedule with hygienists so we patients can rely on our appointments we have and not have to reschedule. Especially because with our FMI Dental insurance we can get our teeth cleaned every 3 months here. Also Jenny O is great! She does a variety of things for the office and knows the Bagdad folks and can relate to us. Always a great experience when I get my teeth cleaned!

Always a great experience getting any cleanings or dental work done here! From the front desk to the dentists, everyone has amazing bedside manners and takes care of your needs to the fullest extent. On top of that, I have never had any issues whatsoever with any of the work I’ve had done on my teeth here. They make everything as quick and painless as possible. We are lucky to have such a great team right here in town!
