Worst hospital I’ve ever been to! Nurse was to say it nicely a jerk. I come in bent over chest and back pain and have to sit in waiting room then triage nurse wants to take my weight. I said omg seriously. Then I get up there and she says well u have to stand up! Ummm hello. I’m bent over for a reason! Then the most ridiculous questions come to follow. I could have been having a heart attack which I already did 12 yrs ago. And I gotta answer stupid questions first 🤦‍♀️ when in room I got a bed with a sheet that didn’t fit it and never got a pillow or a sheet to cover up with. It was freezing in there. I went in for an ear ache and wheezing. She never listened to my chest and told my ear was fine. I have been hitting my rescue inhaler way to much. Dr Graiger is a joke of a doctor. And the nursing staff lacked good bedside manners. After leaving this ER 3.5 later and they didn't do anything about my chief compaint, I looked in my own ear with a little scope and camera.....there is pus and a growth in my ear. How she didn't see this is beyond me. Will not be paying the bill. Reporting her to the medical board for neglectful care. The place was dirty nasty and I will never visit this ER again. Terrible hospital, went to ER with cornea cut. Was in excruciating pain and severe blurry vision. Lobby was empty waited over an hour to get called back and then they said the Dr would be a while because she had to do some transfers. It only would take a minute to look at my eye and make sure there was no severe damage and put some numbing drops in it. Left to go to another hospital that actually takes eye injuries seriously.

This hospital waited a year and a half to contact me about payment for some routine annual bloodwork my PCP ordered. It just so happens that while my PCP automatically sends bloodwork here due to being associated with the hospital, the hospital itself is out of network! Due to the length of time in being contacted I have seemingly no recourse to refile with my PCP's office or insurance and the price is outrageous, close to $1k. Shame on this hospital and shame on how our entire healthcare system is set up.

I will not be coming back here. I came in having stomach pain for the past 3 days and done what the doctor's have told me to do. And still hurting, nausea, loss of appetite and more. I'm not going into details of what I am going through on here. But I came in got sent to back waiting on doctor to come in and they said they can't see me that I would need to go to a gastroenterology. I tried! I can't get into them till next week so I came to hospital I feel pretty bad. This place is for emergencies. Yeah I know but I'm not waiting till I get worse or that I am dying to come to hospital. I left in tears! It's not okay! Some of the nurses and doctors here are awesome. But not all and not caring.. Thank you
