Very happy with the services offered here so far. My practitioner left the practice, and am hopeful for a good replacement, as I was thoroughly impressed with her. Blood draw, imaging and other services are convenient to me. Yes, there's waiting, but I find that true everywhere.

Kind, timely, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely go here again. For being a walk in clinic, I was in and out within 35 minutes - so fast! My provider was so kind and didn’t make me feel bad for asking any questions, which she had ALL the answers to!

This place is hot and cold. When it's good, its good, but that is less frequent than I'd like it to be. It's bad more than good as of late. The customer service staff is rude. Good luck trying to call for an appointment. They just pick up the phone and hang up sometimes without even saying hello. Try asking a question and get you might get that "stop wasting my time" body language... At the moment, I cannot get in to see my doctor because I can't get through to make an appointment. I had to do walk-in last week because nobody answers the phone, and they treated me like a new patient... I've been there for 5 years. I never see the same people twice at the check-in desk, so they must have a turnover problem. Prescription refills take 5-7 days to get back to the pharmacy. I've been stuck in

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Waited in line for WELL over an hour to get blood work done after fasting all night,and them not opening till 9am. I was 2nd in line, and when I asked if there was a more convenient time,because I've been waiting so long,I find out that I was forgotten about because someone entered something incorrectly. It's like MY time isn't important, but miss a doctor appointment, and they want to try and charge you anyway. BULLSHIT!

Dr. Kaye is an excellent health care provider he's very thorough, always helpful and caring. So glad I found him after searching for a good doctor who really cares and takes my needs serious by getting to the root of the problem instead of just patching each ailment. All the staff have been exceptionally warm, professional, and detailed. I am very happy with their connectivity to other Hartford health care providers through their computer system. Their patient portal online provides many services such as making appointments and tracking results.
