Go see Brenton at Backrubz! He understands the body on a much deeper level than any other neuromuscular massage therapist or Rolfer I’ve received work from. He has been an instructor for many years and genuinely cares, which shows in the extensive research he does on each client, as well as in his thorough range-of-motion and nerve testing. For years, I have had this twinge in my neck upon certain movements, and after 2 sessions it is totally gone! His bodywork provides both immediate relief and long-term results.

I’ve been to probably 30 different massage therapists in my life. Yarrow is the best deep tissue therapist I have ever experienced. She has the perfect combination of getting deep into those brutal knots while also somehow being incredibly gentle. She smooths all of the knots out and takes my stress level down significantly every session. And the shocking part each time is that I have ZERO pain afterwards—which I have never experienced before. Truly gifted woman. Highly recommend.
