I love a really good, actual deep tissue massage, and that's what you get here from Cara! I had a ball of tension on my left lower back from some alignment issues I've been going to the chiropractor to have addressed, and the massage I received worked that out! After the massage my back feels the best it has felt in over 6 months! Couldn't be happier. I signed up for the discount program and WILL be back!! *Dec 2023 update* I still regularly go for massages, which I love, but now back&body offers kickboxing class! I've only been to two classes so far but it's already working! I think I'm feeling some muscles growing in my weenie shoulders!
I am extremely pleased with the services I received from Cara. Nice facility, clean and functional. Cara listened to my questions and concerns and carried out the massage in a fantastic manner. Could not be happier.
Great massage! I got immediate relief from pain I had been experiencing.
