I found Back 2 Life from a Google search. I was 30 days post opt from Achilles Surgery and had just been cleared to begin Physical Therapy. To say I was nervous to begin P/T was an understatement. I began my first sesson with first day of school butterflies and a bag full of fears. What if I fall. What if I hurt myself, again? What if the therapist pushes me too soon, too fast? I started coming here over a year ago for two herniated discs - at the time I was in so much pain and could barely get off the couch; however, just recently I was able to travel for 17 hours to Fiji and participate in all the activities I wanted to without any pain. Mr. Tarik Chase at Back To Life Physical Therapy helped get me back moving again after a bike accident and knee injury. He asked what my goals were for my recovery, which were initially improved range of motion for activities of daily living, then strength training to get back to rowing and biking with normal levels of effort, and lastly deep tissue massage to break up scar tissue and some lingering tissue tenderness. Appointments were easy to schedule by phone or in-person, with early morning and evening options. Highly recommended PT services!
