Back Mountain Hearing was referred to me by a friend that has had hearing aids at a young age and is a patient herself. Im so glad she referred me because I have had other hearing exams and felt they weren’t as thorough after the testing at Back Mountain Hearing. Each test was explained to me and the reasons of the need of hearing aids. I would refer anyone that has hearing problems to Back Mountain Hearing. Back Mountain Hearing Specialists are totally awesome. You can’t ask for more Professional experience and very friendly staff. This was my second visit and was just as good/friendly as the first. You will not be disappointed if you need an exam. They will explain everything in detail and was very timely with the appointment time and exam.

I am a first time hearing aid user and Dr Bloom was very helpful with my transition. She was patient, knowledgeable and very hands on. It takes me about an hour to get to her office, but because of who she is and the incredible service to attention I receive I don't hesitate to make the trip. Without any qualification I can recommend Dr. Bloom for any of your auditory needs.

Unbelievably happy with my visit to Back Mountain Hearing. Dr. Kayla Bloom immediately makes you feel welcome. She has that personality that makes you want to be around her. Warm, welcome, kind, and just so nice. She was very attentive through the whole test. Explaining everything in detail and sharing her own experiences with hearing aids. I really can’t say enough about how nice this visit was. In a world of inconsiderate people, Dr. Bloom is an exception. If only the world had more people like her. Go there, you will not regret it!

Went because I just wanted a baseline for future reference (getting old !) Heard of the office by word of mouth. Both the administrative person (don't remember her name) and Dr Mausteller were both very pleasant. Very pleased with the experience .If your looking for an audioligist...look no further....you will be very pleased with this office
