I am a Makeup Artist and obviously during lockdown I wasn’t working but when the work started my body was struggling and I started suffering from pain in the sides of my neck. I hurt my lower back on Monday probably from lifting something the wrong way and driving all day. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at all Monday night. I got an acupuncture appointment on Tuesday which helped me a couple of years ago with my frozen shoulder but this time acupuncture was only minimally helpful. I still had really sharp pain if I turned or sat the wrong way. I scrambled to call chiropractors near Los Altos and Back in Balance was the only place with an appointment Wednesday afternoon.
