Babb Care & Aesthetics

I used to go to Deanna Babb a long time ago and she treated me very well. I appreciated her guidance and input but I did branch out to other doctors after a while. My Mom however has done the same and still goes to Deanna as her main practitioner. My Mom recommended I go back to her and I tried calling this afternoon to make an appointment and her secretary Lyla told me she would not accept a patient that has left nor would she take me as a new incoming patient. I find that odd as I’ve never been told that from a doctor before. I’d appreciate some clarification and find this unprofessional to say the least.

Deanna Babb has been my provider for over 14 years. She's honestly like family. She genuinely cares for her patients and has a huge heart. All of the nurses are the best! They are always so nice and just all around happy, caring people. I can honestly say Deanna Babb and her team are by far the best! Deanna has been the best provider I have ever had and I have seen many health professionals throughout the years. I won't go anywhere else!

This little doctor’s office is absolutely amazing. From the front staff to the nurses to my doctor, every single person is kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond for their patients—at least they always have for me. Everyone is so personable and hospitable, and I always feel welcomed, listened to, and truly cared for. It’s rare to find a medical office that makes you feel this comfortable and valued. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I receive here and highly recommend them.

Deanna Babb and her staff are amazing. They do their best to accommodate to the patient needs. They are so helpful and caring even in stressful situations. I was in the office today when the receptionist was on a call where I could hear the person on the other end of the call screaming and threatening her. She stayed calm and tried to explain to them what needed to be done. About 5 minutes later a man came through the door and I could tell by his body language it was him that was on the phone prior. One of the nurses came out to help the man who continued to be loud and disrespectful to the staff. If I could give a negative review I would. I missed my appointment because a family member DIED! THEY LITERALLY WILL NOT SCHEDULE ME AGAIN. Horrible people. Not to mention y'all really need a new front office lady she sounds like she's dying on the phone or is possibly 90 and very rude! I was told this was a good place? How!!!
