B2 MicroCare Four Corners

I have had good experiences at this urgent care, when it is open. Several times now it has been posted “closed due to staffing issues” on the front door, even after allowing a same day appointment to be scheduled on the website. The only way to know whether it’s actually open or not is to drive there, since no one picks up the phone.

I would do 0 stars if it was an option. The PA there scared the crap out of my wife saying she needs to be rushed to the hostile for a throat abscess and is at risk of seizer. We get the the ER and the doctor here said why did they ever say that? You are at a zero percent chance at having a seizer. Almost talking down on the PA. In other words they need to work on there delivery and learn how to not scare folks to there breaking point. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Although my appointment was quick and staff was friendly, I left wanting to pay the $85 self-pay price and not go through insurance but was told by the check-in/check-out employee she had already put it through my insurance. So instead of paying the flat $85 visit fee, I was billed nearly $300 for the visit. My insurance paid $71 and I paid $174. I called to request a negotiation and was told I would get a call back. Never happened so I just paid.

Technician assistant was thorough and quick. Brice the PA was informal, extremely helpful, and quickly had me diagnosed, prescribed, and referred. Thanks again!

Both the Nurse Practitioners we saw were fantastic- patient, good listeners, thorough and helpful. Clean, up to date location. Thanks!
