Recently, the implant abutment that Dr DeLyon installed for me, broke for the 2nd time. Determined to find an answer, I discovered that she did not order the corresponding part from the correct manufacturer but rather, bought one that was cheaper and which has a history of failure. This has cost me money, time, pain and emotional anguish (I am dental phobic). I always suspected that her prices were way too high, and now I know that my fears were justified because she even needed to make money on a mark-up for a medical part that was crucial for my successful healing. I am furious, especially since this has cost me so much money. I thought that Dr DeLyon was a caring, kind individual so, to discover that she was ordering "cheap parts" in order to make even more money for herself, really
