I am 72 years old and I used and beat up my body in my work and play. Having had 2 knee and 2 hip replacements and with competent therapy after each surgery, I was back to taking good walks and keeping active. An accident and fall put a temporary stop to that-then I met Gavin Baugh. In our first session he manipulated my joints, measured my leg lengths and subsequent strains on my body and I left with less pain and felt EMPOWERED instead of painfully helpless. Second session he presented me with 12 excellent exercises which I have begun at home. With the expertise he has provided, and my strong desire to recover, I have confidence I will resume my walks and activity. His skill is much appreciated!

I’ve known Gavin for over 10 years & he is such a good guy with an amazing family! I trust his advice so much with how long he has worked in this industry & am so glad he does it out of home! After exhausting every option imaginable... chiropractor, ibuprofen, heat, ice, stretching, yoga, pt... I only found minimal relief. Until i found B-fit. With a combination of many therapy techniques (exercises, tape, needling) my back finally feels better. I was even able to travel on a 3 hour plane ride without pain. Gavin is by far the best PT I have ever dealt with. He was with me my entire treatment. My progression after surgery surprised my surgeon, and I credit Gavin for that.
