B and H Lab

I do not recommend this lab. I sent lab cases to this lab and they denied receiving the cases, even after obtaining GPS from UPS showing it was delivered in the drop box. The turnaround time is supposedly 3 weeks and it turned into over 6 weeks. The owner was very rude, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Wish there was a 0 star review. Sent a case in…waited…pt anxious to get new partial and after 3 weeks we still had no partial. Called about it and we’re told it would ship the next day. Appointed patient. No case…called again…paid up front..never had to do that with a lab in all my 20 years of practice…got the case well over a month after sent and a week after they supposedly shipped it next day…and they cut a tooth off the model that I didn’t ask them to. I specifically stated to extract 5 (a posterior tooth) and replace posterior teeth..however they cut 2 off the model and told me I didn’t write the prescription clearly…any other lab who is unclear always calls…not this place. They are the worst. Will never use them and will make sure I tell others how poor their customer service

Great lab, you may experience some delays and lack of communications, but I still give this lab 5 starts. Good quality work.

Great lab have been working with them for a few years now for all my crown and bridge. Very accommodating with quick turn around time.
