Please be cautious when you make the decision of where you place your loved ones. This is the place you need to be cautious of! My father was released from Wesley Medical Center on Friday afternoon. Azria picked him up, And took him back to their facility for skilled rehab. My dad had hospital delirium and also has early stages of dementia. Which all was noted on his chart. My father was not at their facility more than an hour before they called me and told me I needed to remove him from their premises. He is not welcome to stay here. When I showed up to get my father to talk to him to try to calm him down, Cindy and Shellie was extremely rude, very impatient, very nosy. Told me I needed to leave her premises. They handed me his folder and then they deserted us. Left us there to figure o

The tenant that we saw related that everybody was great to him. It was difficult to get inside, the intercom was not working someone who was trying to get back in, was banging on the door. Another visitor inside went and got somebody and finally we were able to get. So some part of that system is not working.

I am a hospice caregiver, and I love coming to Azria. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. They work well together to give their residents the best care.

Please be aware of this facility. Some nurses-aids are OK, however others are not and outweigh anything good here, management staff is not friendly and do not care about the patients. I do not recommend this place for any kind of care for your family.

Everyone is extremely nice - the staff is just amazing. I had my 3 yr old grandson with me when I came to visit a friend - he was treated like royalty, getting treats from the staff. He wants to go back, lol!
