Azria Health Prairie Ridge

My sister and I brought our 82 year old mother to visit the facility for poyential placement. Everyone who works there was VERY welcoming and kind. The residents in the common area also were very hospitable as we entered and left. Our mother was interacting with everyone as well and felt very comfortable. I think they will do a great job providing the care she needs and make her feel like part of a family. Thank you Rhonda & Renee for your compassion you demonstrated.

I have heard nothing but great things about Azria. I know several people that have loved ones there and they love the people that work there and the care they are given.

My grandpa was cared for here before he passed. While he didn’t enjoy being in a facility, he did like it here. The staff took amazing care of him. He had nothing but good things to say about the food. There were plenty of activities he could participate in. While visiting him at this facility, we always felt welcome.

My mother is a resident at this facility. I visit often and the staff and nurses do a fantastic job in caring for the residents here. They inform me if they make any changes to her meds or anything related to the facility. They are in the process of a much needed remodel, which has brightened the overall look. Mom's biggest complaint is the food isn't up to par on some days, but mostly she seems happy there. The care she receives is exemplary.

I cannot express enough how kind, caring, and professional the staff at Prairie Ridge have been to my sister during her stay. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, treat the residents and patients with respect and kindness. This experience of watching our sister slowly fade away was infinitly easier knowing she was cared for when we couldn't be there.
