The other staff was nice and friendly but not the doctor, Dr Montalvo is very rude and unprofessional. I was a new patient at this location and instead of listening to me she’s dismissed everything I said, mention my weight in a very rude way didn’t even look or ask to see if I had any other already diagnosed medical issue that make it hard to lose weight. And only wanted to discuss two things and was rushing me out. Like what kind of doctor is that, she doesn’t care about her patients it seems like and honestly acts like she doesn’t want to work.

Typical modern health system. Give them money, get your prescriptions, make your next appointment. Wash, rinse, repeat until death occurs… The receptionist is always nice.

My first visit to this office and I am so happy I found them. When I moved from West Palm recently I was very concerned about finding the right PCP as I LOVE my former Doctor in Boynton Beach, whom I had been seeing for several years. From the moment I stepped into this office I felt welcomed, from the front desk (Mindy) to the nurse (Anya) to the Doctor (Dr. Montalvo). They took me in before my appointment time, took a full history and then the Doctor spent a lot of time with me. I did not feel rushed at all and felt that she was very thorough.

“Doctor” Montavelo has to be the MOST irresponsible, inconsiderate unprofessional, biased, discriminatory “doctor” I have ever seen.. My husband was in need of a handicap pass due to his physical conditions (part of his left side is completely shattered). This women straight to our faces told us “since you are not my patient I didn’t even bother reading over your chart.” (Which may I add I do have video recording her saying that verbatim^) So she knowingly as a “medical professional” bluntly denied his request for a handicap pass without further reason, But she as well took ONE look at his physical features & made her decision that he was not “fitting” for one (according to her standards) .. Yet as you see below we went & saw a REAL medicinal professional a REAL doctor one who listens to

The staff was good, the doctor was the problem. Do not come here if you want your problems to actually be heard. She completely dismissed my wife's symptoms and issues like it was nothing and talked to us like we were fools. Dr. Milagro Mantalvo does not care about your issues I DO NOT recommend.
