This place is disgusting. They wouldn't even let me go in with my minor child. I've never once not been allowed into any office where adults are with my minor child!!!!!!! SUPER SKETCHY!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I've added a photo of how gross their waiting room is because I wasn't allowed in the back. The women that work there are extremely rude and act very trashy to put it nicely. If I could put zero stars in would. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If the waiting room is this disgusting, I can't imagine how gross the rest of the place is.

I called this dental office as a new patient because my son was experiencing severe tooth pain to the point where he couldn’t eat. I explained that it was an emergency, but the front desk told me they had no appointments available and could only schedule him two months out in December. When I asked how they handle emergencies, the receptionist became rude and dismissive, which was very unprofessional. I called again today hoping to speak with the office manager, thinking she might be able to help or speak with the dentist, but she was just as unhelpful and said the same thing as the front desk. There was no compassion or concern for my son’s situation. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a new patient in pain. I will never call this office again, and I strongly suggest anyone

Our daughter had a dental emergency that needed immediate treatment, the front desk lady was sooooo kind, understanding, warm, they got us in right away. The Dentist that treated her was wonderful, gentle, and comforting. Every dental assistant that we worked with was also extremely kind, informative, and went out of their way to insure our daughter’s comfort. The staff on hand is absolutely wonderful.

Giving one star so that I could post a review. I found this place for a disabled family member who does not have dental coverage. They advertise that they provide a sliding payment scale based on income. I called and explained the situation, that I was going to have to arrange for transportation from over an hour away, and that I needed to be sure this was a worthwhile visit (that they did extractions). The patient had a rotten tooth that was causing pain and needed extraction. Following the "visit" - I had to call to get information on why nothing was done. I was informed that they had looked in his mouth and would (snail) mail a list of references to providers. They did absolutely nothing for him and told me (when I called to figure out what had gone wrong) that they were not accepting

* I edited my review after having a positive experience* My experience today was exceptional. All of the staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The dentist and dental assistant were very thorough with my evaluation, communicated well, and gave me good advice about how to proceed with my dental needs. I had previously had a very upsetting exchange on the phone with the person who called to confirm my appointment. I have chosen to chalk it up to just a bad day at the workplace and re-evaluate my review. While I am not happy with the very short notice (less than 24 hours) I received about the need for income verification, I have no complaints at all about my visit today. All the staff did an excellent job.
