AZ Oral Facial & Implant Surgery

My actual operation to get my wisdom teeth removed went fine. But the dentist brought up god in our consultation which I thought was bizarre to assume his patients either believe in god or at the least the same god as him. Not really something I want to talk about when trying to just get healthcare, it was extremely off putting and the main reason for a lower score. Additionally I requested 3 times to keep my teeth and they still disposed of them.

My dr and the staff are great he took very good care of me when I got my teeth pulled.

Went for a consultation and biopsy. Very professional and clean looking office. The staff all the way from booking to discharge were very informative and knowledgeable. I was called to room even before my official time, Dr. Shah was very thorough and explained everything in detail to my understanding. After examination we decided to go ahead with the biopsy, I informed them of my time restraints and they were more then accommodating. The biopsy just like everything was very quick and painless. I also appreciate the little gift bag and personal card that was included.

I’m truly SHOCKED at the reviews. I was hesitant to book my wisdom tooth extraction since the reviews were a 2.5 but I’m here to give it a 5 star, 10 if I could. My insurance didn’t cover the extraction which was a bummer but that had nothing to do with the office itself. They told me before hand before they did anything that my insurance was a hmo and didn’t cover it and told me the cost it would be out of pocket if I chose to continue. It was same day consult (115$) and extraction (500$). I didn’t want to go under anesthesia since I’m nursing my new born and so they opted to just numb me and pull the tooth. It was a total of 15 minutes I kid you not. They took me back and it was 10 minutes for the numbing gum shots to fully numb me then dr shah pulled the tooth in 30 seconds. Absolutely
