Jessica’s combination of Ayurvedic therapies with her Mexican limpia traditions is truly special. The session felt deeply cleansing and comforting in a way I can’t quite describe. I felt very relaxed and calm after the session. I was very skeptical in the beginning going into the session as it’s dealing with energy healing but I was very pleasantly surprised at the end how Jessica had revealed what’s really bothering me and how she can help and this I should help myself to focus on. Jessica is a very passionate and gentle person with all the positive energies that I felt throughout the session. She is very knowledgeable and is very patient in discussing all the details with you to make sure you are comfortable. Jessica’s Marma Therapy was unlike anything I have experienced. She intuitively knew where my energy was blocked. After the session, I felt emotionally lighter, calmer, and more grounded. It’s hard to explain, but I could literally feel energy flowing through my body again. I had the most relaxing experience with Jessica’s Pinda Swedana therapy. The warm herbal bundles melted all the tension in my muscles and left me feeling incredibly light and peaceful. My joints, which usually ache from sitting all day, felt completely rejuvenated. You can tell every step of the treatment is done with care and knowledge of Ayurveda. I slept so deeply that night something that rarely happens for me!
