Aylo Health - Primary Care at McDonough, Kelly Rd

Went with wife for prescription refills. Slow as molasses and there didn't seem like a lot of patients or clients(?). They seem to be too focused on getting people into the office. My wife was very ill a couple of months ago and two weeks after her appointment, she was told she had to come in to get refills - not in close office, but way put on Hwy 81. Probably would have needed an ambulance to get there. Not very patient focused IMO.

I’ve been a patient at Aylo Health is Ellenwood for over 4 years now. They’re the absolute best in my opinion. I get nutrition facts for high blood pressure. I get exercise routine recommendations. What I love the most is the wait times for my appointments are always spot on. So shout out to Dr.Dunn! You and your team are the BEST hands down. Thanks you.

The visit was seamless! All of the staff was amazing, I was treated with great care and concern and given much needed advice and information concerning my health. It was great.

I have been a patient at Aylo Health for over 2yrs now in McDonough. I would like to recommend this center . I thank the staff and Dr . Moncion for their work and patience . They work as a team and are on hand when needed . Dr Moncion is very thorough and really takes time to listen you your medical needs. I believe a great Dr takes the necessary test , yearly, or as often as needed , but a Dr that has a listening ear , hears what the test don’t show . After I was banned from Family Health Clinic of McDonough for no reason by a male Karen and front staff giving me a hard time there, I came here welcomed with better service from the front staff, wait times are not long, Ms. Pesce and Ms. Morgan are way better than my last doctor. They have good bedside manners and they are good with labs and referrals. But the appointment scheduler needs more training, she scheduled me for a certain date, and when I called to the clinic, my appointment was not scheduled for Ms. Morgan and they fixed it with the appointment scheduled at an earlier date in January.
