I’d like to share how impressed I was with the exceptional service provided by Sarah at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude that immediately set the tone for a great experience. Sarah was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable to she answered all of my questions with ease and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. While I was there, an unhappy patient came in, and Sarah handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and calm. I work in high-level healthcare leadership, and my motto is “catch people doing things right.” Sarah truly exemplified that. Kudos to Sarah for her outstanding service!

I love this office. Everyone today was so cheerful and said hello as I came through. D'ana, the medical assistant and Latasha Hobbs. the practitioner were very attentive and efficient! I highly recommend this office.

She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of, and I truly appreciate how dedicated she was to ensuring I received my medication on time. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment are unmatched. Aylo should absolutely promote her — without employees like Trene, the company wouldn’t be what it is. I only wish there were more people like her. Highly recommended!

Excellent service at this location. The call center was able to secure a same day appointment as she understood my needs and was empathetic. At the clinic the staff was professional and helpful. Ms Hobbs who saw me was so easy to talk to and took care of my needs. Recommend this location.
