My name s, JANICE SNUGGS, not Sprinkle as my email suggests. Alejandro Martinez PA is amazing! For 16 years I battled with high blood pressure, many different meds. For the FIRST time, my BP is under control. The MA, Julia is excellent too. Alejandro listens, takes her time and is brilliant. I was a nurse, I know when I receive excellent care. The front office (Lynn) and cray tech are great too. Love these friendly, efficient and caring staff.
Dr Jason Caudell treated me very promptly and professionally. Answering all my questions and explaining everything so that I can understand what was going on. His whole team was absolutely amazing. Quick, friendly and treated me like family. My second trip to this facility and both times were excellent.
Lynn , one of the receptionist has been the most helpful person i have ever come across when walking into a doctor's office. She was very friendly and carrying on a conversation while waiting for my insurance card info to come back. she gave me many options to try and be seen when we ran into issues with my insurance. She also called to update me on referrals and ensure I had what I needed. Thank you lynn!!
Everyone is SO kind. The office is modern and clean. Dr. Jacob’s was kind, compassionate and thorough. The first doctor that has listened to me without pre-judging my symptoms. She really seemed like she wanted to help me get to the bottom of what is going on- which is a first and I am so grateful for her! I am so impressed with my entire experience at Aylo. Also, the nurse that took my bloodwork was GREAT- I’m a little baby about needles but I didn’t even feel it when she took the blood!
Don’t go! Waited over an hour for my booked appointment for a simple UTI. TOOK 2 hours for the appointment once in the room. After you leave it is impossible to get in contact with someone and they call back but do not leave messages. Never found out my test results and could not get the doctor I saw to contact me. Definitely offer far more than they are able to handle.
