Aylo Health - Primary Care at Conyers

I am late writing sorry for that family emergency but now I can write my review at Aylo Health in Conyers Ga I had a follow up Appointment on February 7th and I would like to Say that the building is always clean from the grounds to Entering the building the staff is Always Very friendly and Helpful.But I am so thankful that God sent me to this office because I had actually gotten fed up at this doctor office that I used to go to that was located in Stone Mountain the Doctor was Good but the staff was very rude and it takes me a minute to get tired of something and was letting the doctor know just how rude the front desk staff is and how they speak to patients and I was taught treat people with respect the way you would like to be treated long story short I am so thankful that My Daughter

The Aylo Conyers office has awsome providers and staff. I've been a patient almost a year now and have always had great experience at each appointment. Jahzeel is an excellent provider who is attentive and really listens to you as a patient. I highly recommend.

My first visit I thought went great as the doctor seemed very caring about my issue, I’m self most so paid the first bill no problem. Second visit, new doctor, did some tests that she said the other doctor should’ve done, no problem great. Seemed super caring and such. I didn’t think the pricing was bad for what was done. I turned in a heart monitor and waited over 3 weeks to get my results when I finally went back for another appointment due to a different issue. I got one call back after calling 4 times about my results which no one had a clue what I was talking about while trying to receive them. I also received another bill from my first appointment they apparently forgot to charge me. The doctor seemed concerned with my problems but they seem to not look at the whole issue and get you

I went to my annual physical in October 2025. My doctor asked about my ACL recovery (done at another hospital which I was required to disclose because she's my primary physician). I explained it was stiff and sore and she recommended collagen and another vitamin. She continued the exam and asked how my allergies were and if I was experiencing any other symptoms. I explained the skin on my arms were bumpy. She glanced at it as she walked out and confirmed it was my allergies and recommended a lotion. In November I receive a bill for 35.00 dollars. My physicals are normally covered by my insurance so I was confused as to why I was receiving a bill. I called the number on the bill and the representative explained an office visit was charged because of the allergy symptoms the doctor examined.
