Dr. Aye Dentistry is easily the best dental practice we have ever experienced. Dr. Aye is caring, compassionate, and does excellent work. He stands behind his work and his patients' comfort is always a high priority. He takes time to communicate, answer questions, explain procedures, etc. The hygenists are absolutely amazing. Thorough, yet gentle and caring. Our teeth always feel fantastic after a cleaning. They are very friendly and always take time to explain, answer questions, and ask questions. The dental assistants provide the highest level of care. They are so caring and always make us feel like we are their highest priority. The office manager/scheduling/customer service personnel are so nice and great to work with. They provide lots of options for payment arrangements

Dr. Aye and his team have consistently been an asset to our family. This past week, they not only reassured us but also instilled peace of mind. We were incredibly concerned when our daughter had a painful accident that affected her mouth. Dr. Aye and his team not only managed to calm our daughter (and us as concerned parents) but also talked through all the potential treatment options for our daughter. My husband and I moved to Miles City around a year ago. The Aye family dentistry was recommended to us and believe me this establishment is outstanding. Never have I felt this comfortable. The hygienists were fabulous, gentle and very thorough. If I could give more than five stars I would. Dr. Aye Dentistry is truly the best.

A great dentist. A great staff. We're so lucky to have this kind of compassionate medical expertise in our community. As for Dr. McFarland - he is gentle, highly skilled and experienced and genuinely cares about my comfort both in his chair, and when he's done. I can say this after extensive reconstructive work, which he made easy to endure during and after all the work. Selfishly, I hope he never retires!

I am happy to say Dr. Garret DDS and his wife Tammie RDH, are so professional and do such a good job cleaning and taking care of my teeth. And I am most happy about how well they take care of my three kids. My kids are very comfortable going into their office and getting anything from teeth cleaning to getting shots for cavities that need filled... All of the staff seem to care a lot about doing a good job - and making people feel like they are being taken care of -every time! Thanks McFarland Dentistry!
