As a former business owner I know the importance of customer service and front office / patient relationship. Being a mental health provider it requires the staff to be a little more understanding and patient with the patient because of mental health issues. The first time I went there I over heard conversation while sitting in the room waiting on the doctor. The doctor was great no problems there. During a mental health non emergency crisis, the staff at the Bixby location need to be a bit more active in getting facts about the needs of the patient over the phone. All I heard after them answering the phone was "have we drug tested you? ". Being in recovery having a mental health issue with medication one would think first priority over anything else . I just don't feel the genuine care
Unprofessional!!! I have waited months to give this review to allow myself time to process. Customer service here is a joke. Out of about 20 phone calls over a three month period they answered the phone ONE time. They botched a referral for a follow up mammogram THREE times. I was told "your labs look fine", but no other attempt was made to address my ongoing issues. When I asked for a referral to a nutritionist they asked, "Why?". Then reluctantly referred me to a place that didn't accept my insurance. Disgusted.
I absolutely love the staff they go above and beyond. Today when I couldn’t get my medication from my pharmacy due to them being out of stock. I was worried because Christmas is right around the corner. I texted to see if I can get my medication moved to a different pharmacy. That was around 12:30 PM. Brooke said, that she would Send an email to switched to a different pharmacy. Fast forward to 4:30 PM I still hadn’t heard anything. I texted Brooke to see what was going on and she told me that Walmart didn’t Take my medication. I asked her if she knew any other places because everywhere I called didn’t have my medication. My doctor here is Chorley, and he is wonderful. But I’m here to rate the Axis Bixby office. My experience with almost all of the staff has been awful. I am convinced that the work culture there is far too relaxed and unprofessional. I have only been seen by the doctor once and have already spent over a dozen hours trying to make arrangements and get in contact with them for a few things. They cancelled my appointment on Healow for no-show even though I had been on for an hour and a half waiting! I called, and they said the appointment hadn’t been canceled. They would sent me a different link to log on again. No link ever came. I called and called and texted (yes, texted!), and no one would answer. Seenen Carly on 12-5-2025 for my meds. Pharmacy has sent over pre authorization form. I called pharmacy on monday 12/8 still waiting on pre authorization from doctor's office. Called the nurse line on 12/9 @ 12:10p let the voicemail never got a call back. Called again this morning @08:45 spoke to carly's nurse.She said that she is going to do the pre-authorization form. 5day without medicine due to lack of patient care. I've already switched my p c p due to the lack of communication and getting referrals, completely incorrect numerous times 3 for myself and 2 for my child. Now this too.
