I had the privilege of attending a ‘Spiritual Tune-up’ session with Patti Paulett and Lisa Stewart, and it was really wonderful. This was my first visit to Avon Lake Yoga and I look forward to returning. You can feel the peace and ‘good energy’ when you walk in the front door and everyone was welcoming and truly lovely. Avon Lake Yoga is magic! Saturday 8am Hot all level class with Beth is the perfect start to the weekend. Beth’s class is challenging yet accessible. Beth has a beautiful welcoming presence, she guides you through the practice with intention and support. A truly gifted teacher! I always leave feeling stronger, grounded and better than I arrived.
Love my yoga practices at Avon Lake Yoga! Space is lovely and instructors are knowledgeable, kind, supportive and lead wonderful classes.
