This is the best dentist at the Jersey Shore. John is so gentle, if you have any phobias, but also very thorough. He takes his time with every patient. His hygienist Georgianna is the absolute best. My teeth have never felt so clean after leaving the dentist. The front desk staff is so helpful. John’s practice is such a friendly atmosphere, you’ll even hear laughter from the adjacent rooms. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further. But book in advance, as he’s very popular.

Avon Dental is the best hands down. I was lucky enough to get Dr. Rassias while he was working in Colonia. When he decided to open his own practice 45 mins away, I said, “I'm there doc” I’m not the best patient when it comes to dentistry, but Dr Rassias will make sure you are comfortable and his humor, and manor puts you at ease. Office staff are friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. The office is clean with a cute shore vibe, has parking, and conveniently located in the heart of Avon.

The best of the best!!! My family and I have been going to Dr. Rassias for many years and there in no one better. The staff is so friendly, professional and always so kind from the minute you walk in the door. Dr. Rassias takes his job to the next level and is just great at what he does which is why everyone goes to him and keeps coming back no matter how far they live! I highly recommend Avon Dental!

Since I was a child, I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist. While I still don’t love the experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better find than Avon Dental! From calling to book the appointment, the cleaning, and through the minute I said goodbye, each member of the staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease. Dr. Rassias’ demeanor and confidence left me with a comfort that I haven’t felt in a dentist in a long time…I booked my next 6 month check-up while I was there! I’ll never enjoy going to the dentist, but I think I finally found a practice where I’ll stay!

Every member of the staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Rassias couldn't be nicer. He makes sure every step of the way is painless, and so far, all work done by him has been great. Even my husband liked the experience, even though getting him to go to the dentist is quite a chore.
