Avita Pharmacy 1046

The doctor office next door is fantastic, the pharmacy… awful. In person and over the phone they’re nice enough but getting anything shipped is a nightmare. In the last year they have consistently gotten my address (that’s on file) wrong, forgotten 2/3 of my medications, and have outright forgotten my syringes needed to take the medication. When I called them to reship it they told me most patients just buy them from amazon so they don’t really ship them, even though I have always asked for them. I can called before it’s shipped and to confirm everything,,, and it will still be wrong. I don’t why it is such a head to get the entirety of my meditation shipped and I can only receive bits and pieces. I will be trying to switch pharmacies after all of this, do not use them if you can help it a

I always find the people at avita pharmacy. Very helpful and willing to put in the effort to get things straightened out for me which is appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about Doctor Aiken, Since going to him I have seen tremendous change in my health even in his assistance with suggesting a nutritionist!

Literally one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. I've had necessary prescriptions on backorder for over two weeks with no one ever following up to let me know. Not to mention being misgendered literally every time I call or show up. The doctors and other staff are wonderful at Avita Atlanta! Just don't use this godawful pharmacy.

Avitacare pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy to go to. Friendly, affirming staff. Quick service. Can ask the pharmacy for help via text.
