The ongoing mishandling of my medical information at Avita Pharmacy. Despite my numerous requests to ensure the protection of my personal health data and adherence to my specific instructions, it has become increasingly evident that my privacy is not being respected. The repeated failure to comply with my requests has raised significant concerns about the protocols in place to safeguard sensitive information. It is crucial for healthcare providers to maintain trust with their clients, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care exhibited by your establishment in this regard. I urge you to take immediate measures to rectify this situation. Outline the steps you will take to ensure compliance with my previous instructions and safeguard my medical information moving forward.

The worse experience I have ever experienced in a pharmacy the pharmacist has personal issues that should NEVER happen. Sad times when one person can ruin it this is the Lafayette location the person causing this mess is Jerika not sure how it’s spelled cause she is so RUDE!!!!! I have tried to fix this I’m left now to post this publicly.

Doc told me it might take a couple weeks to get my specialty prescription approved and to me. I found Avita through my insurance website. Called them and gave them the info. They called me the next day (Monday) and got info for processing. They called me Tuesday to tell me it was approved and would ship the next day and arrive Thursday. When I gave them my address, they said “oh, it’ll be there via courier tomorrow”. 3 business days after I got my script on something that normally takes weeks to get right (and I had read that about it), I had my first dose. They were really friendly, and I didn’t even have to go to the store front a single time. Very helpful. They told me “we’ll call you next month to schedule delivery”. Hope my experience with them continues just like this!

I have been with Avita Pharmacy for about 10 years and have only praises for them. When my scripts need to be renewed, they call the doctor for me. When a prescription is denied based the formularly for my health insurance, they call up the insurance company looking for an acceptable alternative. They do all the work, are accurate, and they deliver FOR FREE! Avita Drugs makes life easier for me!

Omg y’all! I recommend this pharmacy !!’ Never heard of a pharmacy delivering to your doorstep Within the day! And they do all the work for you! My insurance company didn’t take care of one my prescriptions, and Avita found an alternative route to make sure I was able to get my medicine WITHOUT ME ASKING THEM TO DO ANYTHING! Like how is this the first time hearing about this business ! Definitely referring all my friends and love ones to this pharmacy.
