I definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially if you're already a patient at VCH. I used to get my prescriptions elsewhere, but I recently had them transferred to Avita. The staff is great. Very kind and helpful. I love that I got a two-month supply, which I've never received at other pharmacies. It definitely gives me peace of mind knowing I don't have to rush to get more medicine before I run out so soon.
The staff members are great but the return policy needs to be modified. Doctor gave me the reash cream. I bought it out of pocket. I saw I had a same one at home then I went to return and she said it's not their policy. It's cool!!! Same day I switched the pharmacy to CVS. 20$ rash cream costs them a 2000$ customer. Good luck to your no return policy!!!
Worst place ever they never have anything ready and there’s always a long line. No one is able to help with the line. I asked some lady named Joanna if she can help with the nine and she refused because she was typing this is her answer..
