I NEVER write reviews. However, I had a lady at the front desk hang up the phone on me when I asked about certain insurance carriers she accepts. I was asking because a friend of mine was in coma and we need a place to send him for rehab. I needed to be certain which carriers they do, and do not accept because we cannot afford high out of pocket cost. She seemed irritated by my questions and hung up the phone. I pray these calls are recorded because I was not rude at all. I literally looked at my phone in shock after she hung up on me. I don't know her name, but I called on 10/17/2025 at approximately 11:35am. There's no way she should be allowed to conduct her in this manor when someone's health is on the line. Really sad

My grandmother's purse went missing with no explanation and the is Black bruise on her back the size of a platter with no documentation as to what happened.... Workers that steal from patients deserve the worst kind of karma! Shame on them!

Ms. Cooper, Candra, Lisa, Allison, Angie, Maria and the entire staff provided loving, caring and professional care for my Dad when we needed it the most. We are forever thankful and will always remember them.

Great job Vicky and her coworker. I can’t remember her name I’m sorry. These two ladies put their job skills to a test on their lunch break!!! Thank you we need more kind and helpful people in this world!!! When I turned around the first person I saw was Vicky and her coworker flying in action.

My father has lived in this facility for 2 1/2 years. I cannot think of anywhere else I would rather him be. The in house therapy department got him back on track after an anoxic brain injury in 2018. He is now up and walking with his walker. They have an awesome activity department and she keeps them busy doing something everyday! The staff are always friendly, smiling and ready to help.
