Myself and my significant other we went there to analyze and determine if it would be a correct place to move her mother as we got there the first thing that caught my attention was I used the bathroom to inspect it it was clean the bathroom the corners were cleaned the place did not have a stench of death and urine the one where she's at in Las Cruces is CD they adorable it smells like urine it's dirty it's ramshackled sure it's well established the community but they treat their seniors bad I noticed that all the seniors and cared patients their head smiles I talked to many of them they were very content with being cared for by such wonderful people I was surprised it was just the security there to take care of the ones that have memory loss is wonderful I looked there was it was clean i

My experience here at the center was at ease the people where very attentive and made my visit a breeze, when I asked to see my Uncle they where nice and where glad to assist me. My visit was quick and enjoyable, I had a moment where a guy thought I was a cowboy, he knew and said I looked just like him and was talking about the rodeo that came into town.I had a very enjoyable experience.

It was our 1st time visiting our loved one who was admitted yesterday. The staff was very friendly. There was an issue in the room. It was addressed within the hour. We're very impressed!

Grandma Becca was a resident at your facility from January 2024 until her passing in October 2025. When she arrived, she was very weak and bedridden. She battled dimentia and underlying health issues for 13 years. During her stay there I noticed a great improvement in her condition. She was out of her bed and on the go in her wheelchair. Even though dementia took her ability to speak, her smile said it all. Grandma Becca was loved and cared for. She was happy and at home in your facility. When her body failed her, your team was quick to respond and got her help right away.From our family to yours thank you for helping Grandma Becca enjoy her last years of this lifetime and for the care, compassion, and coordination of your team during her stay.
