Avir at Kingsland

Avir of Johnson City is a great place for your loved one. They have such a loving, caring, attentive nursing team. In addition, they also have a great activity department. The residents start their day and end their day with love, fun and happiness. I highly recommend. Stop by and take a tour.

The staff was great with my Aunt. One nurse in particular was kind and really made my aunt feel safe. At the end of her therapy stay recently, the same nurse helped her and her daughter pack her stuff and load it to the car. A real homelike environment.

I visited my mother after she had been here a couple months. I found her to be clean, healthy, and cared for. This facility has decent security. It does not smell like pee or medication or poo, this is important, this place is well kept. To the staff: thank you for caring for my mom and being so good.

We had a staff meeting with the nurses and my stepmother and my dad. It was clear that everyone cared very much about my stepmother and I was very impressed with the care that she’s been given.

Laura Scott was very professional and so very kind as she met with me earlier this week about the possibility of finding a place for my mom. She answered all of my questions and showed me the facility. Everyone very kind and observed many care workers working one-on-one with residents. I had a very good feeling about this place and am working with the rest of the family to make a decision about geographically what would work best for us.
