I was there for 9 months then went to the hospital and went to another facility as they had given my bed up. A few weeks later I sent them fed ex labels to mail my belongings to me. When I first got there I had been mugged at the train station and I had nothing 2 huge suitcases gone my purse, teeth etc. So over the next 9 months I spent a couple thousand dollars on clothes, shoes, hygiene items, nightgown, hair dryer etc. I was so excited when it got here to my new nursing home. We'll I was so shocked I cried for days. They stole almost everything I had ordered. I had like 2 shirts, 1 pair of shorts my laptop which was now broken. So I reached out to corporate, Andy the manager kept telling me for months he would send me the money. We'll it's been 4 months I haven't recieved 1 penny and now

I would like to say thank you so much for the service and the great staff that's here in this facility. I've only been here for 2 weeks, but I can say their past 5-star ratings may reflect a small facility. However, they truly care about their patients, and I've been treated nothing but the best. I'm entitled to go to a far better, luxurious retirement rehab center, but the nurses, administration, and therapy are excellent. If you are looking for a facility that will take care of your family and give them special attention, this is the facility that you need to send them to. I am a retired doctor with medical problems, and this facility, although small, is top-notch, run by excellent people from administration to the nursing staff. I couldn't be in a better place. This facility is way beyo

My girlfriend stayed there for 10 months. She had been mugged at the train station did a month at browrd general and went there dec 20th 2024. So I tried to help her buying her clothes and things she needed besides she spent over $2000. When she got out of the hospital in oct 25 they took her to another nursing home in palm beach. I myself sent the package labels from fed ex to have her belongings sent to her. We'll when they got there she called me crying so upset. I had to calm her down to find out why she was upset. Then she informed me that alivita by sea harbor basically stole everything she had bought and I had bought. I work way to hard at Walmart to have a damn nursing home steal all the things I bought her. Maureen Weir was the person who was suppose to be in charge of her propert

This facility is absolutely disgusting, the moment you step in the facility you smell nothing but urine. My mom has had 1 too many issues with the staff, they are not attentive to their patients care, they are nasty and rude. The nurses during the day shift should not be in this field. They do nothing to help but sit at their desk. A patient was waiting in the hallway for his room to be cleaned for 2 hours and that’s just when I was there visiting who knows how long he really had to wait. The nurse refused to give me a name and number for leadership, continued to give me the run around. Don’t believe any of these reviews you see. This place should be shut down and no one should be able to care for anyone in this facility. Trying to explain to me how things are ran but I myself work in heal

I have been here for 6 months. I really needed a place to help me medically and a place where I wasn’t just another number. It is a small facility, not a large one, where the workers get overtaxed and overworked; here, it is so different; there is much more personalized attention. Each of us has a personal assistant, Brenda, who is the one who communicates my needs to the staff, whether it's contacting my son for me, scheduling hair-cutting appointments for me, or even going to the store to buy me things I want. The nurses are knowledgeable, attentive, and most importantly, very kind. I definitely recommend this place if you need caring and attention. They make me feel at home, and I enjoy all the fun activities and games they always schedule for us. I can say it's never long in a da
