I have been here since 2014. I have seen lots of employees come and go. I really do appreciate the employees we have.Wound care nurses Ava and Ladonna or A+. CNA's are great. The therapy team is terrific and most importantly the administration team is wonderful. The facility make sure everyone is okay and provide with great care .

This center should be closed! There is a serious lack of patient care. My son was sent here for physical therapy after surgery and I understand the facility operates for Medicaid . The following itemizes only a few of the issues encountered: No one ever answers the telephone at the nurses station on the second floor. The response to the nurses call button is extremely slow or at times non existent. My son got an infection in his sutures due to lack of wound care. The doctor had to specifically order wound care daily. He developed an upper respiratory infection during his 42 day stay. Wrong medications were given to patient. This was reported to the doctor who notified the head of nursing. The CNA could not locate a thermometer to take temperature. We purchased one and marked with his name

Everyone is very friendly. I love therapy especially Mr. Bill, the dietary food is awesome. Ava in wound care is great. Sophia is always friendly and aways encouraging the residents with positive words. This is my home.

Before writing this review, I will disclose that I am a medical professional... to be specific, a therapist. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE!!! I am very surprised that this facility is still open and passes inspections. The care that my family member received was beyond horrible. To be short I will list problems very quickly. 1. Medications were not dispensed properly. 2. Baths were not given as they were ordered. In a 3 week stay, only 1 time had it occurred. 3. My family member rang the call bell to use the bathroom and were told to go to the bathroom in their depends and they would be cleaned up later. 4. Therapists did not listen to my family members concerns and were dismissed as if their concerns were not a big deal. 5. Not a single time did a manager or anyone in authority call us back t

If you have a love one please don’t send them to this place it’s nasty and they don’t pay any attention to the people there my dad is totally blind and have dementia they didn’t check on him like they should’ve every time I went to see him they kept him heavily medicated so he would be sleeping so he wouldn’t be a bother to them his food would be sitting there untouched mostly all the staff is Hispanic they don’t no English that well so it’s hard to understand them. The bathroom smells like urine a very strong smell of urine we complained about that it didn’t do any good. We decided to take my dad out. Please take your love ones to this place you will regret it, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
