Staff is incompetent. It took them two years to determine the paperwork I needed for them to help me, my fault by the way, even though I had the paperwork the entire two years. They then cut me off of my meds (that they prescribed) for three months because they made this mistake. Staff treats you like you have alzheimers. Overall, a horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

A month before you can see a doctor! Horrible attitude and double-billing. Run away from this hack shop.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility! I've had 2 surgeries there and everyone has taken amazing care of me. From the people that check you in at the door, to the nurses and doctors, they all genuinely care and are so great!

Went to get a knee aspiration/knee drain done. When I asked a few questions to the ladies working where you checked in about the procedure. They failed to answer, failed to ask for someone who can help out prior to the appointment (nice way to make a quick dollar when you get charged once in the patient room), and just laugh before going back to stare at the computers they're working on. During the operation, the doctor used 2 needles to drain it out. After the simple operation, even after following the limitations, I followed the paper. I'm back to where I was prior to the appointment to get another one done. Looks like they get the last laugh by sending a medical bill of nothing but a waste of time and now having to go out of state to get the problem taken care of once a for all.

Well someone scheduling made a mistake. When we arrived they told my wife her appointment wasn't until the next Friday. Lucky the staff and doctor was great and saw her within minutes. Also lucky hospitals are not busy these days.
