Clinic was unable to do anything but test you for COVID .The whole purpose of an aftercare clinic is to help working adults so they do not have to take off work for a doctor appointment. They wasted my time and money while telling me to take Advil. After 50+ years of life..I think I would know if I just needed an aspirin or advil and handle that myself at home . I'm a avera customer and I went to aftercare clinic because I need assistance to carry on through my sickness... the nurse was smug and told me to go to my regular doctor... essentially take off work and have an advil.

Had to give the one star bc it makes you. The unfortunate part of the review is it all starts from that FIRST point of contact.. THE PHONE CALL. So the receptionist today 8-21-22 Sunday noon, answers the phone “Urgent care I’m placing you on hold, CLICK! “ ok.. I get out, she forgot her manners she’s busy, I’m thinking to myself. So I waited 8 minutes and NOTHING happened, no pick up asking to hold longer or apology or asking to take my number for a return call. So…. I call back and ask if I’ve lost my place in line? Instead she wants to tell me FINALLY she has a” new system, and of checking in a patient that is new to the system “. WHY is this my problem? Finally arrive at 1pm and there’s a taped to the front door stating they are closed for the day “at their limit” WOW! I’m in healthcar

My experience was very good. They have a super friendly staff. I appreciate how kind and helpful they were during my visit. Thank you for being open on Sunday and in the afternoon!

Very sweet staff and the doctor prayed for us at the end of our visit. Definitely recommend.
