Avenue Dental

I’ve been seeing the two doctors (Dr. David Huynh and Dr. Christine Vu) here for nearly 18 years. I don’t live anywhere near the office and don’t even work by it anymore, but they are the nicest and most professional and not pushy but still thorough and kindest and most thorough! Everyone I have recommended to them loves them too!

I recently moved to SF and was in need of a new dentist. A friend recommended Avenue Dental and I'm so glad I went with them - the Dentist and her staff are extremely nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. I didn't have any extra tests or procedures pushed on me (they saw I recently had x-rays last year for instance and recommend NOT getting any repeats at my visit with them). My teeth feel great after the visit, 10/10.

Ever since I moved to San Francisco back in 1995 I've used Christine Vu, DDS who's by far the best dentist I've ever had! Dr. Vu's since completed a bridge for me and kept my teeth looking great. Her costs are reasonable for self pay especially since I have no insurance any longer. This caring dentist's very kind and personable sharing her insights into teeth issues educating her patients to understand why and how things work under circumstances. Moreover, Dr. Vu is gentle and doesn't cause unnecessary stress or pain during her procedures. Her tools are the latest technology too. I really appreciate Dr. Vu's services and hope she continues to thrive after all these years. Keep up the good work Dr. Vu! You're greatly appreciated.

This review is way overdue! Uh hum. Years overdue... After being seen by Dr. Vu and Dr. Huynh, I had a hard time switching to a dentist who is more convenient to my new location. After two years of inadequate visits with other various dentists, I made the trek from east bay and returned to Avenue Dental. Dr. Vu is so calm and gentle and because I had such mediocre cleanings from other offices she had to spend a full hour to thoroughly clean my teeth. They were super squeaky clean! Never felt so clean that I didn’t even want to eat! She even had to shorten her lunch time to complete my cleaning. Felt so bad but she was very nice about it. I drive from the east bay into San Francisco to see these two dentists. They are both, literally, the best dentists I have ever had in my entire life. Gentle, thorough, honest, kind, excellent care all around. Can't say enough about these two.
