The worst place you can place anyone in. The staff are uncaring and unprofessional. I have a friend who is there and I have had to call the state on this place. The staff leave patient in urine so long until their clothes be soaking wet from the bottom of the feet to the top of their neck line. If you care anything about your loved one PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THEM IN AVENUE CARE.
I don't like this place it's sad that in a profitable community they don't have much funding Or better staff in the place. Sitting in there with my Grandma brought me to tears! Ultimate tears. This place is a shame! Let me say this place is not Fair its just POOR!!!
