Aventura At Prospect

Not the cleanest facility around lol. More like bottom of the barrel kinda level. Apart from the facility itself, a lot of their staff members are very ignorant and that's exactly how they will approach you or talk to you, like we are on the streets. Very aggresive behavior and a total lack of respect for others. I do not recommend this facility.

This facility has grown in a lot of areas. Management has gotten better. Housekeeping management,Salimah,and staff, Koreah and Ms.Barbara I must say does a excellent job in cleaning, and helping me keep my small space clean, and in orderd As for the food... It has gone from cold and nasty, to hot and deliciousfor the most part.As a resident, I must say that I have noticed a tremendous change in kitchen management, to speedy, kind service from the staff. The changes were well over due.Keep up the Good work. 👍🏾

The facility is modern and clean. The staff are incredibly caring and helpful. Big shout out to Sarah the liaison for taking the time to answer all of my many questions!

THE BEST Team to work with in the area :) They really do care about their patients and they give you that warm welcoming feeling that makes you feel like home. Would highly recommend!
