Was always difficult to fill prescriptions with, always caused me to stress about an important prescription. When they switched to Optum Pharmacy price of my medication increased a lot and then without any warning they stopped filling my medication all while claiming they sent a notice out with the RX refill but the notice about the decision to stop filling was sent out with prescriptions that got filled after mine. I am happy that my doctor and I found a solution to get it for less money and at a local pharmacy.

They need to do better with the wait times on phone. I had to call twice for a problem with my patient's prescripti and both times waited almost 20 mins. Finally someone picked up but then forwarded me to Pharmacist and that meant 20 more mins of wait. I do not have that much time while seeing patients in office. They should have a better system as it delays care

Unlike any other pharmacy. All needs are met. Free delivery, comfortable relaxing waiting area with 📺, the staff does all the work when tying up loose ends with the Dr's, insurance companies ect. Truly a remarkable place.

Fast and friendly. Walked in, gave them my name and DOB and was out in about 5 minutes with my prescription.

The service has gone terrible since two years ago, before they call ahead of the game for a refill, now you have to chase them down every time you need a refill scheduled, also something is coming up like they are short on supplies or authorization expired and they never call acting stupid Staff say they will call back by the end of the day (guess what never happened) Very unhappy with poor service they provide
