Avecina Medical Urgent Care of Durbin

I had a great experience here at Avecina -Durbin Park. They were so nice, the Receptionist, the nursing assistant to Dr. Alex himself. It wasn't a dreadful wait. They even gave me extra incentives at the end regarding my condition & symptoms. I really am going to use them as my emergency/urgent visit spot from now on.

I took my daughter to urgent care and we had such a great experience. The PA and the nurse technician took such good care of her and made her feel completely comfortable the entire time. They were kind, patient, and really took the time to explain everything to us. As a parent, that means everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing care.

This facility is a fantastic addition to our community in Durbin. I have been to countless urgent care sites and this one is simply the best experience I’ve had. I took my little one here to be seen for a productive cough and wheezing. The PA (Kristen) was so attentive and caring. She explained what she was seeing and feeling thoroughly. She even addressed a minor issue with the pharmacy so that I could get the proper inhaler for my child. I truly felt advocated for. This will be my go-to location for my urgent medical needs.

My wife had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff (Wendy) was friendly, the check-in process was quick, and she felt well taken care of. The provider Jessica listened to her concerns and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free the visit was.

I've been to three locations, and all were great! This is a new location, and I will probably choose this one in the future. It has a large waiting area, and the staff are all very nice, from the person who greeted me to the nurse who took my information to the PA who diagnosed me. I did not feel rushed when talking to the PA, and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. It means a lot to have good care when you're sick.
