Awful staff seem friendly but it’s fake. Worst service bad communication, won’t call u back. See Kadyn Snyder’s review, I read it, I don’t know her, I can say it’s true cause same thing happened to me.

Worst agency ever! State College Location! They make you find your own workers and after 5 months of the worst communication ever, they will decide to not take on your case and then try to keep your workers, even though they dont have the staff to train them! Then if you send them a CNA which doesnt need training, they will put them on another case while you wait for them not to staff you, then not pay them the agreed on wage! If I could leave zero stars I would!

Today was my daughters first day of having a nurse. Well I was so pleased to see how quick the Nurse Dana reacted and took care of my one daughter who had seizures right on spot. She did such and amazing job. I am excited to work with this come. The nurse supervisor Kierstin is amazing person. So thankful for Angie getting me set up with the right team. You guys rock!

3 DAYS WITHOUT COVERAGE !!! HOW CAN YOU LET SOMEONE GO THREE 3 DAYS WITHOUT COVERAGE .. that is unacceptable!!!! Back up plan or NOT!! That is a dignity an neglect problem!!! apparently they are not reliable to have coverage for you every single day and I have called to ask where this is stated an if the client agrees to this when they sign up for this company and I'm waiting to hear back. if it verbal or if they have them sign it to make sure they are aware of what they are agreeing to apon taking on this home health agency

Great support staff. Made me feel very comfortable and all seem to be friendly and compassionate. Very much my pleasure!
