At first they were great until they decided to call cpt on my family because my 18 yr old daughter and my 16 yr old son was watching my son who only has a G tube might I add was watching him until the nurse came total time 15 -45 min. They caused a lot of problems , then has the nerve to say she understands my frustration 🙄 no you don’t not at all this was completely uncalled for and I don’t appreciate it because my son was not in any danger and my daughter and son are definitely of age smh. I WOULD NOT GET SERVICES FROM THESE PEOPLE!
They go above and beyond for my son !!! Very respectable staff, supervisors and directors. They take responsibility when something is done wrong and it's addressed very quickly. Great nurses who are very knowledgeable, they provide constant training for nurses and help parents. I couldnt ne more happy with the service i provided by this agency.
Linda is the best! Very easy to talk to and get hold of. She really cares about everyone!
We are having an amazing experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and above all very very helpful.
